Communications (Recommendations 14, 15) 4 months, 1 week agoI have four specific thoughts. One pg. 9 Message Rollout. Under spokesman training consider the possibility of some Friend in spokesperson training. Friends are spokespeople for the refuge and many friends have a lot of experience in this already.

Community Partnerships (Recommendations 11 and 12) 8 months, 2 weeks agoSo far I like the outline. But I am waiting for the details in the full version. It will be important that everything is clear and concise so as not to lead to confusion and frustration. So far so good.

Thanks for looking at the Handbook Outline. I agree with you about being clear and concise. I think the easier the document is to navigate, the more it will be used.
