I’ll ditto Barry’s comments. Nurturing partnerships like those with MCBI and other NGOs, friends groups, communities, territories and states, as well as those in the federal family is essential to effective management. Together, we must build on mutual respect, trust, and a shared vision. Thanks for your contributions to help get us there, Bill.
