    We are currently working on lumping the brainstorming ideas into like categories

    There are three groups now developing the “who, what, when, where, and why of the following strategies.

    - Evaluate existing urban refuges and learn from successes and failures

    - Understand the demograpics of the surrounding urban areas, define what our urban presence will be, and define what an urban refuge is….why is it important

    - Communication with cutting edge devices….smart phone apps, weather maps, as well as partnering with state traveler information stations, etc….
