Communications (Recommendations 14, 15) 1 year agoI believe this plan contains pockets of good tips on how to communicate, but , as an overarching strategy for the Refuge System, I think it is too complex and too diffuse to be effective. We need to simplify our message, broaden our audience and clarify what the Refuge System brand is. Details in the attachment.
