Here are some supplemental comments on the draft document. Given the uncertainty of the budget times it might make sense to craft several vision scenarios. I think that it will be important to show real value of the refuge system to the American public and relevance in today’s society in order for us to defend and increase our budget, especially in today’s dollars and cents society.
