I’m a member of the Cornell Lab of Ornithology ”Project FeederWatch” as well as ”ebird” and ”ebird Migration” I am concerned with the quality of life for urban birds and wildlife… I spend a great deal of time documenting birds mainly with my photography. My profile image is from one of my feeder stations take I took… I’m looking at population numbers and the state of health for the birds. I’m thinking about setting up a Bat house in and isolated area of foothills to check the health of area Bats with concern of the 6.7 million bats that died last year in the northeast from white-noise disease. Looking to house somewhere in the area of 600 to 1200 bats. If any one has any insight and or data please let me know. This is uncharted territory for me.
