Relevance to a Changing America: 3 weeks, 3 days ago · ViewI just skimmed through the revised version. One thing that I noticed is there is a breakdown of permanent employees based on race. Does anyone know what the breakdown is based on gender? How about by gender in different job series? Potentially could be relevant for why there are difficulties recruiting diverse candidates for certain series.

Hi Stacy: Yes the stats on employee composition are compiled based on how people ’self report’ their own national origin…. I can email the latest spreadsheet to you if interested.
