    I’d like to see a committment to DNA-based technology somewhere. Is this the recommendation that could incorporate that explicilty? If there’s one science-based approach that could really help across the board with getting new understanding of what is happening within refuges, that’d be molecular.

    Could this be tempered with a concern for resources? (Technical, mathematical) adaptive management is not a panacea; it is not guaranteed that it will deliver optimal results in any specified, short timeframe. The recommendation as stated could be very costly and might consume resources otherwise needed for quite obvious aspects of refuge management.
