Doug, Don, and Jimmy,

Thank you for the insightful comments and review. Indeed we need to raise the bar and comments like this challenge us to do just that.

I agree, we need to take into account your comments and revise the document to reflect new ideas, bold actions, and uncharted territory. In fact, this will be an organic and dynamic section leading all the way up to the conference next summer.

I am hoping that the recommendations and strategies will be honed by everyone attending the conference next year as well.

The team has worked hard to try and incorporate many comments we have received already. Fear not, they will not be taken lightly.

Doug’s advice ”keep grinding” probably describes it best.
