Professional photographer Dewitt Jones told an audience of 1,200 wildlife conservation professionals that great visions release passion. Speaking at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Conserving the Future Conference in Madison, WI, Jones encouraged the audience to “Train your techniques. Put yourself in the place of most potential. Be open to possibilities and focus your vision on celebrating what is right.” Conference attendees have gathered to forge a long-term vision for the National Wildlife Refuge System, the premiere network of lands and waters managed for the benefit of wildlife.
In 20 years with National Geographic photographing stories around the globe, Jones has earned the reputation as a world-class photojournalist. He is also a successful author, motion picture director and businessman. Every week he puts out an inspirational poster to “celebrate what’s right.” To receive it, go to www.celebratewhatsright.com.

Will there be a video archive? Mr. Jones is such a dynamic speaker, it would be disappointing to not be able to share in his message at the conference.
